Keeps is an iOS photo-sorting app made by Convoy Labs. This policy explains what data the app touches, how it is handled, and what rights you have as a user.

Keeps does not require a Convoy Labs account. We do not create user profiles or operate a user account system.
Keeps reads your local photo library using Apple's Photos framework. This includes photo assets and their metadata — creation date and, where present, location. All processing happens entirely on your device. No photos, thumbnails, or metadata are ever sent to Convoy Labs or any third party.
To keep your sorting decisions consistent across your Apple devices, Keeps may store a lightweight list of opaque photo identifiers through your own iCloud account. These identifiers reference photos in your library but carry no image data, location, or personal metadata. Convoy Labs has no access to your iCloud storage at any time.
iCloud sync is governed entirely by your own Apple ID and iCloud settings. You can disable it at any time in Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud.
Keeps offers a one-time in-app purchase to remove the daily sorting cap. All payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple's StoreKit. Convoy Labs receives no payment information, card details, or Apple ID data.
If you choose to send feedback from within the app, it will open a pre-composed email to convoy.labs@icloud.com containing your app version, iOS version, device model, and any error logs relevant to your report. This data is sent only when you explicitly tap "Send feedback" — nothing is transmitted in the background. We retain diagnostic information only for as long as needed to address your report, after which it is deleted.
Keeps contains no third-party analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or cross-app tracking. We do not build profiles, serve ads, or share any information with data brokers.

Under GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, delete, or export personal data we hold about you, and to limit or object to how it is used.
Convoy Labs does not directly hold your photo library or sorting data. That data lives on your device and, where iCloud is enabled, in your own iCloud account. You can manage it by deleting the app or through your Apple ID and iCloud settings.

Convoy Labs does not operate its own servers for Keeps. Support emails are processed by our email provider. iCloud sync is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy terms.
Keeps is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect or process data from children.
If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change requires your consent, we will ask for it in the app.
